Faculty details

Dr. Arvind Kumar Dubey
Dr. Arvind Kumar Dubey is UGC-NET qualified and Ph.D in Tourism Management. He has 21 years of total teaching experience including nearly 10 years of teaching experience at Indraprastha University’s affiliated Government of Delhi’s (Department of Higher Education) institute named Delhi Institute of Heritage Research & Management (Post-Graduate level). He has published 43 research papers/articles/book chapters; five edited books, 6 IGNOU books (blocks) and presented nearly 40 papers at National/ International Conferences / Seminars etc. He has also chaired/co-chaired/ acted as resource person in at least 20 conferences/conventions/workshops/seminars etc. He has delivered nearly 12 lectures as Invited Talk, Keynote Speaker and Guest Speaker etc at different Universities. He has designed nearly 10 new curricula and courses related to tourism and hospitality. He has developed 10 Modules of MOOCs on 4 quadrant basis and written/edited 10 MOOCs Modules. Three PhD have been awarded and 4 research scholars are presently working under him. He (as faculty) taught two papers related to Heritage Tourism Management at Postgraduate Level i.e. Master of Archaeology and Heritage Management and Master of Conservation, Preservation and Heritage Management (2 years course each) at DIHRM, Govt. of NCT Delhi.
