Learning Experience: The experience was good as I got to know about various metrics that can be used to measure workforce effectiveness and also understood that all the HR departments face similar challenges due to lack of WFA in the department. The course was insightful and engaging
Faculty: Faculty was quite experienced and came with a lot of practical examples and case studies. Each topic was made relatable and explained in very simple and easy to follow language Yes, the course curriculum was comprehensive.
