Q: What is the admission process for the BHU UET?
BHU accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to several UG courses. Candidates seeking admission to BHU must apply online to register themselves. Follow the step-wise admission process as given below:
- BHU Application Process 2025: The BHU application process is conducted in online mode through the official website of NTA (nta.ac.in) for successful CUET UG application submission, candidates need to pay an application fee. The fee for General category students is INR 750, INR 700 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and INR 650 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender.
- Appear for the CUET Entrance Test: Candidates need to download the admit card by visiting the official website of CUET 2025 and clicking on 'Download CUET Admit Card'.
- Register for CUET-UG Counselling through BHU UG Admission Portal: After the declaration of the CUET result, students seeking admission to BHU undergraduate courses are required to register online for CUET-UG Counselling on the BHU UG admission portal.
- Appear for the Counselling Round: Based on CUET-UG scores, candidates are required to participate in an online counselling process for provisional admission to the course (s). After that, the final seat allotment will be done by BHU.

BHU accepts CUET scores for admission to UG and PG courses. The admissions are over within few weeks of CUET counselling. CUET-PG is usually jeld in March whereas, CUET-UG takes place in May.
