The total tuition fee for BTech programme at IIT Varanasi ranges between INR 3.2 Lacs to INR 8.5 lakh. This fee only includes the cost of tuition for the BTech programme and does not consist of the mess fee or the hostel fee. The fee is taken from unofficial sources and hence is indicative.
