The university also conducts its entrance exams such as the National Forensic Admission Test (NFAT) for admission to specific courses. 

Yes, for some undergraduate courses, you can apply to National Forensic Sciences University without an entrance test. These are merit-based courses, and in most cases, entry is based on Class 12 qualifying scores. Most post-graduate courses, however, require clearing an entrance test for entry. Bachelor of Technology-Master of Technology in computer Science and engineering (cyber and security) seats is 40 at Gujarat Forensic Science course. Admission in B.Tech one should also fulfill the criteria of minimum 60 percent in Graduation along with 5 lakh tuition fee. However, GFSU offers B.Tech in Cyber Security and Incident Response, and the admission process is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam conducted by the university and the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
