For admission to most of the programs of Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, it is done basis an internal entrance exam. 

Candidates can also apply through their scores of GATE, CAT, GPAT. These can be given the first preference for admission to many streams.

Aspiring candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the university. Forensic Science University Gandhinagar accepts national entrance exam such as JEE Main, CLAT, CAT, and other. The university also conducts its entrance exams such as the National Forensic Admission Test (NFAT) for admission to specific courses. 

Yes, for some undergraduate courses, you can apply to National Forensic Sciences University without an entrance test. These are merit-based courses, and in most cases, entry is based on Class 12 qualifying scores. Most post-graduate courses, however, require clearing an entrance test for entry. Check the university website for any specific entry requirement for the course that may interest you.
