No, you need to have a min 60% and that too with PCM not PCB.

Dear ShivRatna,
Ideally, your eyesight should be perfect. If you don't have 'perfect' eyesight, then the Reighton be more trouble for you. During training, they check your vision power in different whether conditions. If you fail as per their parameter you may disqualify for further.

You need above 51% in PCM in 12th (science) to be eligible for the same.
