Terminal Operations & Management

The Terminal Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining rapport with customers as well as the fuel suppliers. H/She tries to bring innovative ideas and implement changes to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They are also responsible for the development of their team, focusing on their strength and helping to prove their weakness. H/She also designs plans for the development of the organization and looks after the Safe System of Work (SSoW). They usually work outdoors at the shipping terminals of power generation companies. They are responsible for managing emergency situations, crisis management and such activities at the site.
