Distance LLB is not valid as per Bar Council of India. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.in simple word you can't become lawyer doing LLB through distance or correspondence mode

You are eligible for LLB regular course. But legally you can not absent from the regular classes of LLB because of attendance criteria. You have also needs the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your department for pursuing the regular LLB course.

Your B.Sc. IT distance degree is valid and marks are good enough for pursuing the regular LLB course. Hence you can pursue the regular LLB course.

Distance degrees are acceptable for regular LLB course, if done from a UGC DEB approved university. So if you have done the graduation from a UGC DEB recognized university then you can pursue LLB regular course.

LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.
