Prof. Archana Shukla

Prof. Shukla is the Director of IIM Lucknow and has over 28 years of teaching, training, and research experience. She holds a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from IIT Kanpur and specialises in teaching Organisational Structure & Design and Team Building. Her research interests include Knowledge Management and New forms of Organisations. Prof. Shukla has authored books and research papers and offered consultancy in Group Dynamics, Team Building, and Organisational Design.

Prof. Ajay Singh

Prof. Ajay Singh has a PhD from JNU and specialises in teaching on HRM (core), Performance Management and International HRM. His research interests consist of Comparative and Cross-cultural Management, Management of Knowledge Employees, and Performance Management Systems (PMS). He has worked as a consultant in Performance and Reward Management, Manpower Planning, Culture Building, and Organisational Restructuring.
