Learning Experience: From this course I learned team management skills to guide the groups effectively. It helped me a lot to take proper decisions and communicating with the team members. It's all about empathy, the ability to understand the people feelings in any situation. Following these strategies I managed my team very well.
Faculty: Course taught by Anneloes Raes, Associate Professor. Her way of explanation is very good to understand. Weekly assignments are there to focus on the course up to date. This course provided the best theoretical knowledge as well.
Course Support: I got promoted as a Project Lead to manage the team in my organization.
