edX offers both free and paid courses. If the student is financially weak, he/she can enrol in a ‘free to audit’ track. However, you will not get a certification. If the student still wants a certification, you can seek financial assistance on the edX platform. By enrolling in free to audit courses that are eligible for verified certificates, interested students can apply for financial assistance. Do note that not all eligible students will get financial assistance. If you need a certificate, you can directly enrol in verified tracks or paid courses. This will ensure that you will get the certificate after the course completion.

These are fixed schedule courses that have specific due dates for assignments and examinations. Students need to complete the course with the defined time periods.
