Not good for placements. The college is only good for getting a degree.
Placements: NSOU does not have a placements cell to provide placements. I just got the degree but never got a job form this college. In our department, there is zero placements percentage. Students mostly apply off-campus to get a job. Currently, I am an academic content writer and working for Buzzify Media Private Limited. Don't come here if you want a job. This college is only worth getting a degree.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities available in the campus. You have to find your own accommodation to stay outside the campus. Required facilities are available but they need maintenance. Food service is good but the Wi-Fi is slow. Book issuance process in the library is also slow. Problem solving takes too much time.
Faculty: Our teachers are better than the other facilities available in the college. But not everyone is good. If you are in the main campus, you will get better professors but the teachers of the study centers are not too helpful. The exam process is slow and sometimes it gets delayed by 3-4 months. Passing rate is 70%.

Excellent college. Everything is good.
Placements: The college has a placement cell of 25 staff. All of them are very helpful. They share each and every update regarding the latest job offers available in the market. You can either do a job or pursue higher studies. The highest package is approximately 3.59 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.2 LPA. The average placement package is 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, as the surroundings are very clean and tidy. There are also many plants, trees, and other beautiful flowers. The canteen, lab, and restrooms are clean. The necessary equipment is also provided for each student. The campus has two places for food.
Faculty: For the teachers, I will give them 5 out of 5 stars because they are the most helpful people I have seen in my life. They are gentle, kind, and very well-trained. They know how to do their job very efficiently. They will never say no to a student who asks for help or a re-explanation from them.

Here's what past students and alumni have to say:

Pros:

* Good Faculty: Many students appreciated the helpfulness and knowledge of the faculty members.
* Well-structured Curriculum: Several reviewers found the coursework to be relevant and practical.
* Decent Placement Record: Around 70% of students reported getting placed in reputed companies.
* Variety of Extra-Curricular Activities: Students enjoyed participating in sports, seminars, and other co-curricular activities.
* Good Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, and libraries were described as modern and well-maintained.

Cons:

Hi, If you're having a BSc degree in mathematics, only then will you get admission into M.Sc Mathematics as maths is the main subject and is required in B.Sc final year, if a candidate wants to do M.Sc in the same. In addition, you must first check with the cutoff percentage as yours is a bit low.
