DPG is one of the study centres of IGNOU having supportive teachers and average facilities.
Placements: I'm from BSCG course which has an average percentage of students enrolled. 40-60% students were placed in my course. The package offered was approximately 20-60k, depends on your grades and work. IGNOU also provides offline classes and full practicals classes for better learning which I love about the institute.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great as they have proper AC classes, labs, library, playground, smart boards, Wi-Fi, etc. They also provide good mess food in the campus. The food is delicious and you can also order what you want to eat on special requests. They are very supportive.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, PhD qualified and highly educated. They really help clear your doubts and teach well. You’re provided the same facilities which a regular student gets. The course curriculum is relevant to enter any field and to an extent it makes the students industry ready as they provide practical knowledge too. Semester exams are a mixture of basic, moderate and hard questions and it actually depends on how much you have studied. Total marks are 50 out of which you need to get at least 18 to pass in the course subjects.
Other: I chose this course as I'm from a medical background and I also wanted to do job simultaneously. It's the best university which fit my requirements and provided all the facilities including offline classes in case you have any doubts, practicals study, etc. BSCG is a course providing core knowledge about the living organisms (Biology) , Chemistry and Physics. This university is affiliated to recognised boards too. So IGNOU is ideal for students who want to work and study at the same time. I feel one thing that needs to be changed or I would say that needs to be added is social life and more interactions between the students and teachers so that we can get good knowledge about the core studies. As it's an open university, it doesn't conduct any fest or extracurricular activities.

Good for working students, bad for placement seekers. Plus it is quite cheap.
Placements: IGNOU has near zero placements due to its status as an open university. Job opportunities must be pursued by the students themselves and should not be expected from this university.
Infrastructure: The laboratories are of average quality, and students must go to assigned colleges or write an NOC to attend practicals at other colleges. The food quality at my center was not great overall, but the samosas were awesome. There are medical rooms with first aid and a nurse.
Faculty: My seniors told me not to expect to learn anything from the classes in college. However, the Sunday classes were helpful because they provided a lot of information in a short amount of time. The course curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't fully prepare students for the industry. The semester exams are easy if you've studied throughout the year or done the assignments diligently. However, the grading is strict, and scoring full marks is a dream for many. We can expect to score around 75%.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in it, and it was a good fit for my financial situation. IGNOU is an open university, so there is no campus crowd except on exam days. The course is quite affordable, as it only requires re-registration fees and exam fees, which add up to around Rs 9000 per year. This makes it a great option for students like me who want to pursue a degree while preparing for government exams.

    IIGNOU review on Shiksha.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in placement companies is more than 90%. The highest package offered for the course is 3 LPA. Top companies work with our college students. The percent of student internships in my course is 80%; the top role was head of TCs.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the course are so good. Wi-Fi and a classroom library are available in my course. The facilities and quality of food in the mess are healthy but not tasty. Medical facilities are present. Sports are also available in my course.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful and qualified. They are all so knowledgeable. The teaching quality is so good. This course is curriculum-relevant, and students are ready for an industrial visit. The semester in my course is very easy, but the pass percent of students is nearly 90%. .
Other: I chose this course because its my dream to study at this university. There is a need to improve; much more facilities are not available. Festivals are so good. The campus crowd was so friendly.

I IGNOU best for B.Sc. students.
Placements: If you get placement from IGNOU, then you don't need admission in this college because IGNOU-based colleges do not provide placements. My course is only degree-based, with no internships or help from the college. Top offered courses like BCA also do not have placement support.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good because IGNOU provides poor facilities for its students. There is no Wi-Fi, and the classrooms are not up to standard. As a distance learning student, I found the hostel and food quality lacking; I have visited multiple times and have not seen a canteen or any games or activities.
Faculty: Classes are not properly provided. The teachers are knowledgeable, but I haven't received any information from IGNOU instructors. This college does not prepare students for industry-level jobs; yearly exams, assignments, and practical projects are all that contribute to passing.
Other: I chose this college only for distance learning reasons.

    Review of the College IGNOU.
Placements: The course is very good, and more than 80% of students complete it. The course also has a good placement record, with an average package of more than 15 lakh per year. Top recruiting companies for this course include Pune University. In addition, more than 90% of students in my course complete an internship.
Infrastructure: The library has wifi, and labs are available. The college canteen provides good food. However, the sports and games facilities are poor, and there is no medical facility on campus.
Faculty: My course has very good teachers who are highly qualified and have good teaching skills. However, the students are not ready for the industry. The semester exams are easy, but the pass percentage is very low, making it difficult to pass the course.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn the best things about the College. I think the campus crowd is great, and there's nothing that needs to be improved. However, my course did not offer scholarships.
