NSOU is excellent for us.
Placements: Our college students mainly focus on off-campus jobs. The highest package offered was 4 LPA by Byjus BDE. On the other hand, the lowest placement package was 1 LPA for a trainee position. Some students also got internships in reputed companies like Paper Link Software, BYJUS, etc.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi facilities throughout the campus. The classrooms are well-lit and clean. All the benches are fine. It has a huge central library and some small libraries having a large collection of books. The food served in the canteen is very tasty and the food court has a wide range of food available. The University has proper medical facilities. Our college provides a large football field inside the campus.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are very helpful. All the teachers and staff are highly knowledgeable. They are usually ready to help us. The way they teach us during the exams is very helpful. B.A. in English (Hons) is very relevant in our life these days. The course helps us to know the art, culture, and literature, which have been followed for a long time. Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, a lab, projectors, medical facilities, sports, games, etc. The food served in the mess and canteen is good. Our college offers courses like B.Sc., B.A., and B.Com. Apart from strong teaching, our college is also a leader in research and innovation. Our college focuses on activities beyond academics, which is evident from its infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and national and international collaborations.

The history department was great at this institute.
Placements: Placement rates range from about 60 to 70 percent for students who receive job offers. The top recruiters as part of campus recruitment programs are schools, colleges, universities, media houses, publishing houses, and NGOs. Some students also join internships by applying outside.
Infrastructure: There is a complete department for history, and the classrooms are quite nice, with Wi-Fi and a huge library with a good collection of Bengali literature and research materials. There are different gender hostel facilities. Sports and games are regularly organized in annual sports.
Faculty: The exam follows a semester system; the pass rate is 70 percent and is said to be moderately difficult. Also, teachers like students well, they enjoy being in class, and attendance is mandatory. Exams are arranged only after the total syllabus is completed.

NSOU is a very good college.
Placements: This is an open university, so there is no direct placement opportunity if you are doing a distance course. I was a regular student but our course is not ready for direct placements. Currently, I am working as a digital marketing executive. This is my off-campus effort. But all of the teachers helped me apply for off-campus jobs and opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well decorated. No hostel facility is available on our campus. But the college location is very nice. There are various companies available within a 5 kilometer radius. Food availability at our college is nice. Food quality is also good. I am a sports lover. I was a regular participant at my college.
Faculty: College professors are not too strict. They will help you if you need any guidance. If you want a job-related discussion, you can contact your class teachers. They guided us during our college days. A college exam is not too hard. You can easily clear your exams if you read properly.
Other: College fests, sports, events, and farewell programs were great.
