AMIE and B.Tech regular part time are the best options for up gradation of qualifications. Anyone course can be done along with the job. However AICTE approved Part time regular B.Tech colleges are very less in India.

For admission, you need to qualify entrance exam i.e, LEET. You can for B. Tech (3 years) through lateral entry. You can not do distance B.Tech as of now because of the Supreme Courts Order. However, you can do B.Tech equivalent course from AMIE. Keep in mind that doing AMIE will make you eligible to pursue M.Tech and apply for government jobs. Other then that it doesn't help much.

Hello Sandeep, It's good to know your question is for graduation. Many states allow lateral admission in engineering colleges to Diploma pass out of their own state. But you will have to study hard and score well to be successful.
