Hi,

Following is the eligibility prescribed by most of the universities:

BE/ B.Tech (FPE / Food Tech /Dairy Tech or Chemical technology (especially in food technology)/M.Sc (food science/ Dairy science or Allied science).

So accordingly, you are not eligible, you have to complete M.Sc degree in food science/ Dairy science or Allied science) to apply for M.Tech in food technology.

NTA has not announced the JEE Main 2025 exam dates yet. JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in two sessions in January and April. The exact exam dates will be announced in November on the JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Q:   Is the criteria of 75% marks in class 12 applicable in JEE Main 2025?

A:

Hello candidate, there is no such requirement of 75% marks in class 12 for appearing in JEE Mains. The eligibility criteria of minimum 75% marks in class 12 is required at the time of admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. You can apply and appear in JEE Mains 2025 irrespective of your class 12 marks. The detailed JEE Main eligibility criteria 2025 can be checked on the respective official website. Q:   How is JEE Main conducted, online or offline?

A:

National Testing Agency conducts JEE Main exam in online mode as a computer based test. JEE Main exam is conducted for three different courses; B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Plan. The exam for B.Tech and B. Plan is completely online while the exam for B.Arch is partially online and drawing part is conducted offline. The exam is held across various test cities in India and abroad.

Q:   Is there negative marking in JEE Main?

A:

The answer to this question is a Yes. As per the exam pattern of JEE Main 2024, 4 marks would be awarded for every question answered correctly, while negative marking will be done for every incorrect answer. This implies that 1 mark is deducted every time a candidate answers the question wrongly.  Zero or no marks will be given to un-attempted questions.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK exam date 2025 at the official website. COMEDK 2025 exam will be conducted on May 10. COMEDK UGET 2025 exam will be conducted in online computer-based mode. Candidates appearing in the exam have to carry their COMEDK admit card 205 along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre. COMEDK exam will be conducted in two shifts across various centers. Q:   Is there any change in JEE Main 2025 exam pattern?

Yes, NTA has announced two major changes in JEE Main exam pattern 2025. As per the new pattern, the total number of questions in JEE Main 2025 Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be 75, 25 each from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Also, there will be no optional question in section B in any subject. Students will need to answer all 5 questions in section B from all three subjects. The marking scheme and total marks remains the same.
