For BTech admission, you should complete your Class 12th with PCM subjects and have at least 50-75% marks in your final board exams, which may differ from college to college. Further, you will have to get excellent marks in entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or other state/college-level exams to get admission to a decent BTech college in India.
After the B Tech (Full Form: Bachelor of Technology) entrance exam results are out, you have to to register online for the counselling process of the universities you're targeting. You should upload all the necessary documents and pay the BTech counselling fee. You will then get a confirmation mail or message from the college.
After that, you need to log in to the counselling portal and select your preferred colleges for admission. Then, seats will be given on the basis of your rank and score in the entrance test. After getting the seat, you need to go to the college and pay the the BTech course fee after which you can start attending classes.
To get admission to BTech courses at the NITs in India, you must secure at least 75% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects.
