Dr. Vipul Rastogi
Dr. Vipul Rastogi received PhD degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India in 1998. He carried out post-doctorate in Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis, France during 1998 – 1999. From 2000 to 2003 he worked in the Department of Electronic Engineering in City University of Hong Kong as a Research Fellow.
