Candidates who all seafarers or prospective seafarers are eligible. to apply. Candidates who have STCW 95/2010 Convention PST Certificate are also eligible to apply. Certificate of fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner (Certificate should not be more than one month old on the date of commencement of course) .
