Candidates who have completed a three-year Diploma from MSBTE or any equivalent Diploma are also eligible to apply. Students who completed Class 12 in the ITI course are also eligible for the BA programme. The selection of candidates for the BA programme at IDOL University Mumbai is based on merit.
The Mumbai University allocate scholarships to the students pursuing courses from the University. The scholarships are extended to the students in need, meritorious students, etc. The aim is to provide education despite of the financial constraints/limitations. The scholarships are provided to the students who apply for the same. If students want to avail the offered scholarships then it is adviced to check the criteria and apply for it.
Mumbai University offers BMM course via its affilated colleges, including Kelkar Education Trust's V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Hinduja College of Commerce and Bhavan's College, among others. As per the Round 1 cutoff for the General AI category students, the cutoff percentage was 67.83 for the Bachelor of Mass Media course at Hinduja College of Commerce. Like any other Institution/University maintaining an attendance of 75% is mandatory for the students at Mumbai University. The University has its own Attendance Committee, for the smooth conduct of this ordinance in every Department. As per the Attendance Ordinance, candidates must maintain at least 75% attendance for each course & average attendance. If the students fail to maintain the number, the department/college doesn’t forward the examination form to the University exam unit. However, a minimum attendance of 50% is considered in special cases like health issues, family losses, etc.
Mumbai University has various scholarships available for its students, helping these students to achieve their dreams & goals. There are various scholarships available at the university which the students can get by fulfilling certain requirements. The scholarships act as a fee waiver for several programmes. In oreder to get the available scholarships, students should forward their filled out application through the Head of the Department to the Director of Students Welfare.
CET is conducted by The University of Mumbai. This examination takes place in Juneor July every year. The imp. admission dates for the examinations includes the application submission deadline, admit card release date, examination date, etc. As for the syllabus, the University of Mumbai gives a detailed syllabus for the LL. M. CET on its site. The complete syllabus has various topics related to the Law field, including Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Jurisprudence, Property Law, etc. Students can download the syllabus from the university's site or even obtain it from the office of admission. To stay updated on the imp dates for the LL. M. CET, it's advised to daily check the University of Mumbai's site & keep the record of the latest announcements & updates.
