Other: The programme has been a great experience of learning, collaboration and
implementation. The momentum was set on the day 1 and with each class it
only got more immersive with the programme focusing on peer learning,
discussions and insights by the Professors. The programme has been an
amalgamation of learning from IIM Lucknow faculty and the guest faculty from
renowned Corporations, giving us a hands-on learning of theory, practical
implementation and its outcome. The Online sessions were no less than
classroom learning, while the opportunity of campus learning was missed due
to the pandemic, the bonhomie among all the students grew manyfold over
the course of the programme. I feel more improved in my knowledge and
understanding of Digital Transformation, the tools and new age technology.
The frameworks taught will remain with me and I am sure it's going to help me
in the professional journey ahead. Great learning initiative by IIM Lucknow and
managed well by Team Eruditus.
