Prof. Rao has been associated with the Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management since 1998. He has been visiting faculty at IIM Indore and IIM Shillong. Prof. Rao has been a regular contributor to many publications and journals and has presented and published many papers at various national and international conferences

Other: I strongly believe that its always survival of the most adaptable and not the fittest and with this pursuit one needs to keep upgrading himself. This Executive MBA concentrates a lot on the case study based dissemination of the knowledge, not on the typical textbook-based learning; this approach has helped me despite having almost three decades of experience to see a different perspective. I believe this particular learning will help me in the future when take up the position of CEO. The world is changing at a rapid pace and if one does not upskill then the impact is not just on the individual but the entire organization.
