The biggest open university in Asia.
Placements: It is a renowned university rather it is Asia's biggest open university. Students who want to opt other courses or want to study along with job are highly recommended to opt for it. It offers a wide variety of courses along with UG, PG diploma and certificate courses. Student can learn from his/her place without going or wasting time in travelling. They offer their centres which can be opt by students which are nearby their home. They have their campus placement as well.
Top recruiting companies are airtel, TCS, RELIANCE, TATA, INFOSYS, WIPRO, DELOITTE etc.
Average package is 5,00,000 pa for PG courses.
As M.Com is renowned course as well postgraduate course, companies hire students for part time as well as full time internships or jobs.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are wide in range they offer centers which can be opted by students as per their comfort. Students need not to travel long distances to reach university they can opt nearby centre in which library facility is provided with lab rooms as well and classes are well ventilated with smart boards installed for smart learning. As there is no need to go to campus so need of hostel or mess.
Faculty: Teachers at center are helpful and supportive are fully qualified and knowledgeable as well. Teaching quality is good, teaching quality also depends on your self study. Curriculum is relevant as in my course Diploma is also done as well. In M.Com there is specializations course in international business organisation. There is yearly exam with maximum 5-6 subjects, pass percentage is recommendable.
Other: This is post graduation course done after graduation for further knowledge and pursuing for higher degree. Best things is it gives Diploma in IBO and it is higher degree course. I don't think there is any scope for improvement. There are scholarship programs as well they give options for online or physical notes.

It is a university for those who are doing a job as well as study.
Placements: The placement cell is not maintained, and there is no such placement authority. Still, they plan for outside meetings and seminars on an annual basis so that students get exposure and find opportunities according to their interests.
Infrastructure: The study centre was well-furnished and equipped. Library and labs were although not available to us, but teachers usually helped us out with good books. Canteens are available, and the quality of food served is good. Sports facilities are not available for students, so we could not play games.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. Students should just attend classes regularly on weekends and do ask if they have any doubts. They provide relevant knowledge and helps to add to our industry knowledge. Exams were of good difficulty, and students were required to do sufficient hard work to qualify for the exams.
Other: Our college is good for the money paid. The campus crowd is good.

Reviews on Best Open University IGNOU on Placements, Faculty, Infrastructure and Value for money.
Placements: IGNOU is an open university. It won't provide any placements. But it will be beneficial to people to get a job by getting a degree from here. Most Companies will prefer to take students from here even it is open, it is just because of the knowledge skills and the quality provided by the IGNOU.
Infrastructure: IGNOU is the one of the best open university to prefer and is 100% worth of the money. The classrooms and infrastructure are very convenient for the students. The way the classes are conducted and interest shown to teach the students are very good.
Faculty: The faculty was very good and cooperative. They are always ready for tier students and help them out by teaching them in the best way and clarifying their doubts as much as possible. They are always encouraging their students by giving them ultimate support.
Other: I can say that it is 100 % worth the money. It is one of the best open universities where we can get knowledge skill support and a degree.

I am satisfied and happy with our college.
Placements: The placement rate here was around 30%, and even most of those placements include sales and marketing profiles. The average salary package offered here was 2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top companies like HDFC, LIC, etc., recruit students from here. The biggest drawback was there was no internship programme.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good here, and there were all the basic amenities. Classrooms, toilets, common rooms and labs were nice and tidy. The food served in the canteen was also good, and medical facilities were also available. The library really had good collections of books and was nicely managed by the college.
Faculty: The faculty members were quite nice here. They all were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very supportive and always ready to listen to doubts. They have innovative teaching skills. The course was relevant to the curriculum. But it somehow lacks in making students ready to compete in the real world.
Other: I chose this course as I was pretty good at business studies and want to gain more knowledge about this subject. The best part about my course was it gave me a lot of exposure to gain knowledge about this particular field. There is no need to change anything in our course. Our college lacks extracurricular activities, fests and events, which should be improved.

It is a great course, and the placements are assured.
Placements: Companies visit our university for placements. I am working in a media house as a business journalist after completing this course. One of my friends also got appointed to a South American firm. So, I feel that there are opportunities, but not all students get placed. Many companies visit the university.
Infrastructure: Our university is awesome. We use Wi-Fi on a limited basis and the library to the full extent. We use to spend a lot of time in the library. The hostel is available for us, but we used to eat food outside due to personal reasons. Our university also provides medical facilities. We used to play sports and games on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here were highly qualified and helpful. They use to clear our doubts on a regular basis, and they even help in preparing our notes. The course curriculum was relevant. This course tries to put us in real-life situations, which give us a lot of confidence and provide valuable experience.
Other: I have chosen this course because economics fascinates me. Moreover, I want to know the working method of international business operations that how two different countries trade even though they have a different language, currency, laws, geography, finance, etc. The best thing about this course is that it answers these questions efficiently. I don't see any shortcomings in the course. Events are organised regularly. The campus is situated in a perfect location and has perfect road connectivity. We can participate in extracurricular activities also.

Dear Romek,
It is not possible to do M.Com as it is a master's degree, First, complete your B.com (or graduate in any allied subject) which will make you eligible for M.com in IGNOU or any other institution.
