It is a good University for the students.
Placements: It is a top government college offering around 70-75% placements rate in this course. In our course, the highest package offered was 5.5 LPA and the lowest salary package was 2 LPA. One can go into various professions like tourism, journalism, state department etc. The top roles offered are that of Professor, Archivist, Research Assistant etc.
Infrastructure: The college provides huge classrooms along with a large laboratory room with an attached projector. Wi-Fi speed is impressive, and the library has many reference books available. It generally does not provide regular hostel facilities, but the mess facilities are available outside the college. A canteen is present inside our college. The college organizes sports events every year.
Faculty: Basically, the teachers in our department are very experienced. They give us guidance and ideas to achieve our future goals. The teachers organize various activities for the students to complete their final year projects. Semester exams in our college are difficult but not impossible to crack. Almost every student in our department passes the exams.
