Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University offers admission to candidates in UG courses based on their CUET-UG score. For PG programmes, aspirants need a valid score in CUET-PG. The selection for PG Diploma course is based on the merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Once the entrance exam results are out, candidates need to register for BHU counselling and provide their course preference. Aspirants are allotted seat based on their CUET rank.

BHU offers scholarships to students pursuing a course from Faculty of Law. The university offers financial assistance to meritorious students. Below is some of the Faculty of Law BHU scholarships:

• Pyare Lal - Prem Vati Memorial Scholarship worth INR 10,000 is offered to the student enrolled in the MBA course who tops the first-year exams
• First and second rank holders are awarded a cash prize of INR 4,000 and INR 3,000, respectively
• An amount of INR 2,000 per annum is granted as assistance to students with a poor family background (to a maximum of 100 students)

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Banaras Hindu University's Faculty of Law for B.A. LL.B admission typically conducts its own entrance examination known as the BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET). CUET PG 2025 exam schedule and dates for the examination is yet to be released by NTA, national tetsting agency and also by UGC Chairman, Mamidala.

As per the previous year's trends, Mamidala, UGC Chairman on September 19, 2023, shared a tweet mentioning the CUET PG exam dates and event schedule for the CUET PG 2024 admission process. Based on the former information provided by the UGC Chairman and NTA, the examination conducting body it is anticipated that CUET PG 2025 exam notification or schedule for the academic session 2025-2026 will be announced in the last week of September 2024.
