Good college if you are really into studies; otherwise, there are many distractions.
Placements: There is not much placement in the LL.B. course, but maybe there are in LL.M. courses. The highest salary package I have heard of is 10 Lacs Rupees per annum. But placements are not regular in Banaras Hindu University, especially in this course. TCS has been the top recruiting company so far.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is the best. Full of greenery and wide roads. Wi-Fi is available at all buildings but not on roads. Classrooms are good but could have been better if we consider the fame of the university. Hostel facility is really good at a really low price, but mess facility is not that good except for a few hostels. Food is good but not the best. Sports and games are also played both in hostels and the college. Overall, it is good.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are good and knowledgeable. Most of them have been to real interviews of judiciary as well. They set papers for judiciary too. Hence, here we have a very rich faculty. The course curriculum is totally designed to match the judiciary syllabus and is hence up to the mark. Passing exams is not so tough here, but maintaining attendance is. The pass percentage is 95%.
Other: Since I have chosen law, it is a great course. We could have better competitions like moot courts on a regular basis, and the classes for moot court could have been serious. The best thing for studying here is the lowest fee I have to pay, only 1,900 rupees for the whole year. Wi-Fi is everywhere in the campus too, making students' life easy.

Something about Banaras Hindu University.
Placements: The Banaras Hindu University provides placement only to students enrolled in the course of BA LLB. They provide placement through their placement cell team, and in placement cells, team members choose among students on the basis of extracurricular activities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Banaras Hindu University is based on the Gurukul model. This infrastructure is looking very antique because their infrastructure is very old, but recently some new buildings were constructed on the basis of need because the university expanded their courses.
Faculty: The faculty of law is very prestigious faculty on the campus of BHU. Every department respects the law faculty, and the faculty of law is the backbone of BHU. Law faculty exam conducted in the presence of the professor, those who teach, and marking of the copy is very strictly meaning if you have knowledge and write the answer on the basis of question, than ok, but if you write the answer not on the basis of question, than you definitely fail in the exam.

I was fortunate to study in this college.
Placements: The placement of law faculty for LL.B. is not good because most of the students are not interested in it. Bhu law faculty is famous for producing judges so most of the students prepare for that. Although B.A. LL.B. has good placement record. Top roles offered by this course is judges, civil servants and academicians.
Infrastructure: Being a topmost central university it has all facilities like Wi-Fi, library well designed classrooms. Hostels are very good and affordable, canteen is fantastic. You won't have any problem regarding these matters. There are many health centres in the whole campus.
Faculty: Bhu law faculty has some professors who are one of the best in the country in their respective specializations. Course curriculum is more helpful for judiciary exam. Semester exams are very difficult to pass. There is attendance rule which is strictly followed.
Other: I chose this course because this college was best when it comes to judiciary preparation. I don't think there is anything which needs to be improved. Events, fests are also organised to lessen the pressure of study.

The college is fabulous because of lush green campus, good faculty and located in a lovely city.
Placements: Sometimes, the placements are available. But you will not participate yourself in placement because the environment of the faculty turns your dream job into the judiciary. The law is not a career it is an opportunity to be the change. The placements are not good, but it is average because you feel the power of judiciary here.
Infrastructure: Overall, the environment of the university is good. The faculty is quite good, and it has great infrastructure it provides the opportunity to everyone. Everyone means the poor section also comes here and gain the wide knowledge under this temple. The campus is lush green, and I bet you cant find the campus like this anywhere.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. You just realised on the first day that your years are going to be fabulous and they teach practical knowledge. The teachers have a great ability, and you should come here and watch how they connect past to present and present to bright future.
Other: The only university in India that has IIT in its own campus. If you believe in spiritualism than the city and the campus both are waiting for you. Regarding connectivity, the whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The campus is situated in the heart of the oldest city in the world, and if I talk about extracurricular activities the university organised youth festival named Spandan every year, and various alumni meets are organised by the faculty members.

Other: School of Law Banaras Hindu University is situated at Varanasi. BHU is one of the renowned universities of India. The Faculty of Law BHU is best for Government jobs in the law field. But here at law school BHU don't expect any placements. Students who cannot afford NLU can apply for BHU as it is much cheaper than NLU.

Q:   Can I get into Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University with 70% in CUET?

A:

CUET: A Comprehensive Analysis

The BHU Law Faculty recognizes that legal professionals need to have strong interpersonal skills, ethical values, and a commitment to social responsibility in addition to academic knowledge. As future leaders in the legal industry, the faculty supports students' involvement in extracurricular activities like legal aid clinics, social awareness campaigns, and moot court competitions.

Examining the Past Cutoff Patterns

A review of BHU's law program's past cutoff trends shows that the minimum eligibility percentile for the General category has continuously fallen between the 80th and 85th range. This implies that you might not be able to gain direct admission with a score of 70%.

There is, nevertheless, a ray of hope. Beyond CUET results, the university takes into account a number of other factors, such as:

Reservations for Certain Categories: Candidates from the OBC, SC, and ST reserved categories have lower cutoff percentiles, which improves their chances of being admitted with a score of 70%.

Class 12 Board Exam Performance: A strong academic record on the Class 12 Board Exam can help you get into college by building up your resume.

Practical Techniques to Increase Your Admissions Prospects

Considering how competitive BHU's law programme is, try these doable tactics to improve your chances of getting in:

Aim for a Higher CUET Score: Although a 70% score is excellent, you should aim for a higher CUET percentile to increase your chances. To get a competitive score, make use of thorough study materials, practice exams, and efficient time management strategies.

Emphasize Your Academic Prowess: Highlight the academic accomplishments you have made during your time in school, such as your participation in academic competitions, regular high grades, and any noteworthy awards or distinctions you may have received.

Seek Advice from Skilled Mentors: Seek advice from skilled mentors or attorneys who can offer insightful advice on the admissions process and assist you in creating a strong application.

Keep Up to Date with Admission Guidelines: Visit the university's website frequently to see if there have been any changes made to the eligibility requirements, cutoff percentiles, or admission guidelines.

In conclusion, a route to achievement

Although receiving a 70% on the CUET does not ensure direct admission to BHU's law program, it does not eliminate your chances. You can fortify your application and raise your chances of being admitted to this prestigious university by carefully applying the previously mentioned advice and showcasing your academic prowess, extracurricular activity, and general potential. Never forget that your path to success will surely be paved with commitment, tenacity, and a sincere love for the legal profession.
