In Matching paragraph information, you will be given a list of statements or information and you will be asked to match those statements or find the information in the reading text. - Skim the passage to get the general meaning of the passage
- Scan for important keywords and important information
- Read the paragraph in detail to find the correct answer

Tips for Matching Paragraph Information
1.The answer will not come in the same order in the text as the statements.
2.Some paragraphs may not contain an answer at all, and some may include more than one answer.
3.The answers will not necessarily be in the main idea of the paragraph because you will be looking for specific information in matching paragraph information.
4.Attempt the other questions in the text first.
5.Expect lot of synonyms in the passage as the words would not be the same as in the questions.
6.Usually you will find the matching information in a phrase or the whole sentence, not in an individual word.
7.Start answering from the easiest question or information to match first, this will usually be in a statement that contains key words that are easy to find in the text such as names, numbers, places and dates.
8.You can use the elimination process to clear the number of statements not required for the answer.

3.Do not read the whole text until you have studied all the incomplete endings and sentences.
4.All the sentence endings will appear in the text but not all will match one of the incomplete sentences.
5.You need to match the meaning of the sentence and not the exact words, hence look for the synonyms and paraphrasing instead of the same words.
6.The sentence should have a correct grammatical structure in the end of the sentence completion, and if they do not match then you have got a wrong match.
