IFA-NRC announces weekend course on International Taxation from January 11- March 16, 2014

International Fiscal association, Northern Region Chapter (IFA-NRC) has announced the launch of a new advanced level course on international taxation which will be taught by eminent lawyers and chartered accountants from across India. This short-term course will span over a period of nine days and classes will only be conducted only weekends from January 11, 2014 to March 16, 2014.

Course Details

Interested candidates can opt for either attending classes at the Indian International Centre at Max Mueller Marg in New Delhi or they can even attend live sessions of the classes online. Details of both are as follows:

Attending Classes at India International Centre New Delhi

• Classes will be conducted by eminent faculty who hold high positions in the industry.
• Classes will be conducted from 9:30 am to 5 pm (on class days).
• Participants will be given an option to attend the session of classes through live virtual session at no additional cost.
• Participants will also be given the facility to access recorded class session.
• Candidates will be provided with an option to take online Self Test, clearing which they will be given a certificate of successful completion.
• The fee for these classes is Rs. 25,000 including taxes.

Online attendance through live virtual sessions over internet with real time faculty interaction

• Interested candidates can attend classes through virtual online sessions.
• Participants will also be given the facility to access recorded class session.
• Candidates will be provided with an option to take online Self Test, clearing which they will be given a certificate of successful completion.
• The fee for these classes is Rs. 15, 000 including taxes.

Candidates who are IFA members will be awarded a 10% discount on course fee. A maximum of one participant,  nominated by IFA member shall also get 10% discount.

This course can be attended by tax professionals in industry, practice, government service, academia and judiciary who seek to deepen their insight and expertise in international taxation.

What participants would gain

• After completion of this course, participants will be provided with a Certificate of Participation.
• Participants will be given an option to take an online Self Test at no extra cost. Those securing 50% marks or above in Self Test would be issued certificate of successful completion.
