How to prepare for popular Information Design entrance exams?
To prepare for a top entrance exam like NID, the candidate needs to follow a strict exam preparation plan:
- Get familiar with the exam syllabus: The syllabus of each entrance exam is unique. Also, two exams may have the same topic, but the weightage carried by them may vary. Again, make it a point also to closely follow the exam pattern.
- Solve sample papers and previous years' question papers: By solving sample papers, the candidate will be able to develop problem-solving skills and get a better understanding of the various concepts. Previous years' question papers on the other hand will help the candidate check out question paper trends, the difficulty level of questions asked, the weightage carried by various topics, etc.
- Do timely revision: Along with doing the regular study, the candidate must also make sure to go through the previously read topics again until these topics are truly mastered. When revising, make sure to solve problem sets for each topic/ concept.

Information Design Course Cut-off 2023
The cut-off for Round I of UCEED 2024 will be displayed around the second week of April 2024, along with the seat allotment results. The cut-off would be announced in the form of opening and closing ranks for each category. Candidates who meet the Round I cut-off criterion will be admitted to the B. Des programme.
If a candidate does not satisfy the cut-off requirements, he or she will be considered for admission in later rounds. It should be noted that UCEED 2024 counselling includes three seat allotment rounds, with a separate cut-off released for each phase.
