Anyone with a legal degree can practice corporate law. After obtaining a 5-year BA LLB (Hons) or a 3-year LLB degree and clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), you can pursue a career in corporation law in India. Candidates must havo have excellent analytical and research abilities,contract drafting and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, ability to operate both individually and collaboratively, precision and attention to detail and knowledge of business principles and practices

Hi,
I think more than the scope, the interest of individual matters for success in a particular area of law. Let's say, for example, I am interested in labor and employment law but I pursue company law after my law school. I would not be working with that zeal or enthusiasm as compared to labor and employment law.
Therefore, according to me, the interest mattes more than the scope as you can make money under any area of law and practice. But coming to the question, most of the areas of law are interlinked. Labour and employment-related things may be one of the aspects of the company.
What has the better scope? I think both of these are too diverse fields and have a lot of subject matters within.
Company Law is governed by a legislation but there are several legislations for labor and employment-related laws. It is very difficult to come to a conclusion as to what area of law has a wider scope. I would go with company law but.

Other available courses include BSc LLB, BCom LLB, BBA LLB. Alternatively, there is a three-year LLB course if the candidate is already a graduate (any subject).
