No, there has not been any change in the NEET 2025 syllabus. Last year, the NEET syllabus underwent major changes as per the recommendation by the National Medical Commission (NMC).  A number of chapters and topics were removed from Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Since such major changes were brought in to last year's NEET syllabus, the NEET 2025 syllabus is unchanged. 

NEET syllabus 2025 has been released officially by NMC in December 2024. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the complete schedule for NEET UG counselling 2024 on July 29, 2024. The process began on August 14, 2024. On September 13, 2024, MCC revised the NEET 2024 counselling dates for Round 2 onwards on account of the change in the seat matrix. The dates for NEET 2024 counselling for the first four rounds, namely, Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round have been announced, which concluded November 5, 2024.
