The full form of BSW is Bachelors of Social Work. It is a 3-year undergraduate degree. Students who pursue this degree can work in job profiles like social work, education, project management, mental health counselors, etc. BSW graduates can work in government offices, NGOs, or even private sector firms that are involved in social work.  A 10+2 certificate from a recognised board is the only eligibility for most colleges. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary for the BSW course. Students are admitted through entrance exams or merit.
