What is KIITEE Management?
KIITEE Management is a national-level computer-based entrance examination conducted by KIIT School of Management (KSOM) for admission to various MBA courses. The test is held across 16 cities in India. Candidates have to answer 150 questions in 150 minutes. The questions are asked from Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge and English. Candidates having CAT, MAT, CMAT and XAT scores were not required to appear for KIITEE Management exam.
The KIITEE Management 2026 exam scores will be used for admission to MBA.

The admission procedure of MBA at KIIT-SOM includes shortlisting of candidate on the basis of KIITEE-Management, Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). The GD-PI and WAT rounds are conducted after the entrance exam result has been released. Candidates who clear KIITEE MBA entrance test, are eligible for the GD-PI and WAT. However, the selection will be made on the basis of every candidate’s academic record and KIITEE score.
MBA aspirants who have a valid score of CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT can also apply for KSOM MBA admission. Such candidates are not required to appear for KIITEE MBA and can directly participate in the GD-PI and WAT rounds upon selection.
The KIITEE MBA entrance exam is an institute specific entrance test. The score is accepted only by KIIT SOM for admission to its MBA Full Time and Super MBA courses. No other MBA institute accept KIITEE score for admission to post graduate programmes in management. So, those who wish to seek admission in any other B-School apart from KIIT SOM, must appear for the relevant MBA entrance exam as well. After the declaration of KIITEE MBA result, the institute will conduct Group Discussion (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) to select candidates for MBA admission. The final selection will be based on candidate's performance in GD, WAT and PI. The institute will share the schedule of GD, WAT and PI with selected candidates.
Candidates who will clear the KIITEE MBA exam and meet the desired admission cut off, will be called by the institute to participate in the WAT-GD-PI. For selection of candidates, the admission panel will also take into consideration, academic record such as class 10, class 12 and graduation marks. However, maximum points will be for entrance exam score and WAT-GD-PI.
The admission cut off will be announced by KIIT SOM at the time of WAT-GD-PI shortlisting. The KIITEE Management cut off will be fixed on the basis of exam difficulty level and performance of all the candidates. The KIITEE MBA cut off is usually around 80 percentile. KIITEE Management Eligibility Criteria 2026
Given below are the main KIITEE Management eligibility criteria that candidates have to meet to appear in the exam:
- The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with 50 per cent aggregate marks from any university or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- The candidate must have 50 per cent aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the Class 10 and 12 examinations. Those who are awarded CGPA or grades in place of marks, their CGPA will be converted into equivalent marks based on the equivalence certified by the university/institution/board from where they obtained their degree/certificate. In absence of any instruction from the university, equivalence would be established by dividing obtained CGPA with the maximum CGPA and multiplying the fraction so obtained by 100.
- Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) are eligible to apply. However, they have to clear their final exam of Bachelor’s degree by June 30, 2026.
- Foreign/NRI candidates with same academic qualification will be considered for admission process on the basis of their valid GMAT scores. Application fee for them is USD 500.
- Domestic candidates who possess valid scores of CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT will be directly eligible for KSOM MBA Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

To appear for KIITEE MBA exam, a candidate needs to have completed graduation or equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent. The minimum score qualification of 50 per cent applies to Reserved category candidates too. The graduation degree can be in any stream but must be from a recognised university.
Students who are in their final year of bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to appear in the KIITEE MBA exam. Final year students are also eligible to apply. However, they will have to ensure that their aggregate in the first two years in above 50 per cent and the final year scores (when announced) is also above 50 per cent. Until they submit their final year graduation result, their admission to KSOM will remain provisional.
No, you can’t apply for KIITEE MBA. KIIT SOM has the eligibility criteria of minimum 50 per cent in graduation for all candidates. There is no marks relaxation for Reserved category candidates either. The minimum score criterion is fixed by the AICTE for full-time MBA degree programmes for all colleges in India, which the institutes have to follow. Thus, those planning to purse MBA must score a minimum of 50 per cent in graduation.
Even if you are applying while still in graduation, you need to have an aggregate of 50 per cent in the first two years of the degree course. If you do not have the minimum score required, your application form will be rejected.
KIITEE Management 2026 Admission Process
KIITEE Management 2026 admission process will consist of four stages – application, entrance test, result and GD/PI.
STEP 1: KIITEE Management 2026 Application process
Aspirants can apply online for the exam by paying the application fees of INR 1,500 via debit/credit card or netbanking. The fee is to be paid at the time of form submission.

The admit card for KIITEE Management 2026 exam can be downloaded by using login credentials. Admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall, hence the candidates must download and take a print out of the same.

STEP 3: KIITEE Management 2026
KIITEE Management test is held at 16 test centres across the country. Candidates are expected to reach their respective exam venue one hour before the commencement of exam. The question paper contains MCQs from Quantitative Aptitude, GK, English, Analytical Reasoning and Issue of Social Concern.
STEP 4: KIITEE Management 2026 Result
KITTEE Management result is released on the official website. Candidates can download their scorecards from the official website by using their index number and date of birth. The scorecard contains candidates scores and other details required in GD/PI.

STEP 5: KIIT GD/PI
Candidates successful in KIITEE Management exam will be shortlisted for GD/PI round. Candidates who shall have applied through CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT scores will also be shortlisted for this round. They selected candidates will have to be present in person during GD/PI. Final admission will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s overall performance in the test, GD/PI and academics. Total course fee of MBA and Super MBA programmes is INR 16.90 Lacs which includes tuition fees, AC hostel, mess and utility charges, development, administration fees, books and study materials and laptop, etc. The course fee is to be paid in instalments, semester wise. The institute offers scholarships to meritorious students and also assist in study loans through bank. The one-time payment amount at the time of admission is INR 1 lakh. Top 5 students in KIITEE Management or candidates who have scored 95 or above percentile in MAT or 80 percentile or above in CAT / XAT are eligible for scholarships. The scholarships are awarded to students after they meet all the criteria. Candidates need to apply for scholarship during admission and complete the procedure within the given deadline.

KIITEE MBA exam day don'ts:
1. Do not carry prohibited items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, scanners, cameras, wireless/Bluetooth transmission or any such communication devices.
2. Don't wear closed shoes, jewellery made of metal, jackets, clothes with pockets, mehendi on palms. Socks are allowed inside it.
3. Don't wear caps, hoodies or jackets/shirts with pockets
4. Don't be late for the exam. The entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.
5. Don't cheat or indulge in mal practice. You can be disqualified due to that.
6. Don't leave the exam hall until the announcement for exit is made.
Candidates will know their allotted KIITEE exam centre only from the admit card. There is no way to know the exam centre before the release of the KIITEE admit card. The university allots a test centre to aspirants in the city of their first preference. So, candidates can at least be assured that they will get a test centre in the city they had chosen as first preference in the application form. So as soon as the KIITEE admit card is released, candidates must check the test city and test centre details. In order to avoid any confusion, they must visit the centre at least once before the exam day.

In the Issue of Social concern section of KIITEE MBA, questions will be asked from topics such as government schemes, socio-political events, social issues, Indian economy and its impact on social groups, social change and reformation, etc. This is a unique section of KIITEE MBA and no other entrance exam has any such section. To prepare for Issue of Social Concern section of the KIITEE MBA, candidates must check the previous year question papers. KIITEE Management exam is conducted in online or computer based test mode at designated examination centres in 15 cities across India. The exam centres are allotted to candidates as per their choice of city. Candidates have to mention their preferred city for allotment of test centre in the KIITEE MBA application form.
In a computer based test, each candidate is allotted a computer system. They have to log into KIITEE MBA dashboard to access the test. They can read the question on screen and use the computer mouse to choose the correct answer from the options given under every question.
Candidates have to complete marking the correct answers within the stipulated time. There will be an onscreen camera indicating time left for the test window to close. Once the test window closes, candidates cannot make any entry.
There are five sections in KIITEE Management question paper - Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, English, General Knowledge and Issue of Social Concern.
Quantitative Aptitude section of KIITEE MBA has 40 questions and 120 marks, Analytical Reasoning section has 40 questions and 120 marks, English section has 30 questions and 90 marks, General Knowledge and Issue of Social Concern sections have 20 questions and 60 marks each. Study materials of Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, English and General Knowledge are easily available so there are no challenges. Candidates must focus more on the fifth section - Issue of Social Concern - during preparation as not much study material is available for the same.
KIITEE MBA is MCQ based test of 150 minutes. The question paper will have 150 questions. Three marks will be awarded for every correct attempt and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt.

Candidates can download KIITEE MBA result as many times as they can until the download link is active. There is no CAP on number of downloads. Candidates however should download their scorecard as soon as it is released and save it as PDF so that they can use it anytime. This will prevent the hassle
