The full form of BCom is Bachelor of Commerce. It is a three-year undergraduate degree that can be pursued by students after Class 12. The BCom course is spread across six semesters. The BCom programme covers various facets of business, accounting, finance and management domains. The programme imparts practical and theoretical knowledge along with managerial skills to the students. Students who wish to pursue BCom can choose various BCom subjects of their choice through different semesters.
The BCom degree can be pursued as a general BCom course or BCom Honors course. The BCom honors course is designed to offer knowledge to the students in specialized BCom subjects, while the general BCom course focuses on the overview of all the BCom subjects of the Commerce stream.
