Mystory@Abhinav Kapoor: What I gained from my college years

I belong to a middle class family and my parents could not afford to send me to another city for higher studies, so I joined S D College (Lahore), in Ambala Cantt to pursue B Com.

My college has nice infrastructure and the teachers are very friendly and cooperative. Commerce is taught very well in my college as it is specifically for Commerce stream and my experience at S.D College has been good.

My college experience made me versatile. I‘ve gained knowledge and discovered my talents which were hidden for so many years. The knowledge and experience has helped me develop my personality and explore myself.

In college, I was the executive member and head of advisory committee of commerce association. I also took part in many extra-curricular activities and won awards. I secured first position in a fashion show. I also secured top rank in academics and I was honoured by Health & Sports Minister of Haryana Anil Vij.
