A two-level frisking facility has been set by the board. One, before entering the examination centre and second, before entering the examination hall.

BSEB 12th board examinations have started on February 3, 2020, and the Bihar board class 10 examination is all set to kick start from February 17 to February 24, 2020. According to the Board, a total of 12, 05,654 students have registered for the intermediate examination, out of which 5, 48,736 are boys and 6, 56,654  are girls. The examinations will be held in 1,283 examination centres set in 38 districts.

The latest reports on BSEB 12th board exam suggests that a total of 91 students are expelled in 22 districts for using unfair means during the exams. Three impersonators, including 1 in Patna were caught during frisking on Day 1 of the BSEB intermediate examinations. According to the statement released by BSEB, thirteen examinees were expelled in Nalanda, followed by in Arwal and nine in Gaya.

To inspect the ongoing BSEB intermediate examination process, the Board’s Chairman Anand Kishor himself visited some examination centres on Day 1. He instructed the on-duty magistrates and invigilators to ensure fair exams at all the centres. He has also asked them to punish those who are found using unfair means.

Earlier, the Bihar Board had released some important instruction for class 10 and class 12 appearing for BSEB annual examinations. The list on instruction included information about the ban of mobile phones in the examination hall as well as the two-level frisking facility set up by the board to ensure fair conduction of the exams.
