When will Delhi University Admissions 2021 begin?

DU Admissions 2021 is all set to begin the registration process by July 15. Talking about the schedule for Delhi University Admissions, chairman (admissions) Rajeev Gupta said that the schedule for the registration process for the undergraduate admissions is tentative. DU has released these tentative dates with the expectation that CBSE 12^th results 2021 along with the results of other state boards will be out by then.

Earlier, the varsity stated that it will consider 50 per cent weightage to CUCET and 50 per cent to Class 12 marks. However, with cancelled board exams, it is likely that the admissions this year will be merit-based. The option of entrance exam has also neem ruled out by the university officials have ruled out the option of entrance exams for this year.

When will IP University Admissions 2021 begin?

When will JNU Admissions 2021 begin?

JNU conducts undergraduate and postgraduate admissions through the JNU Entrance Exam (JNUEE). It is expected that National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin registration process for JNUEE 2021 in June. Candidates appearing for the entrance examination will have to fill the application form before the last date of submission. Earlier, talking about the conduct of JNU Admissions 2021, JNU VC Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar said, “We will conduct the JNU entrance examination whenever it is safe for students to write. If the entrance is delayed due to COVID and if admission happens at later date, we’ll surely adjust our academic calendar to take care of lost time without compromising academic rigour.”

When will Aligarh Muslim University Admissions 2021 begin?

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Uttar Pradesh, commenced the registration process for various undergraduate (UG) admission. Students interested in AMU Admissions 2021 can apply through the online admission portal on the website, amu.ac.in. The university will conduct entrance exams for admitting students to different courses. Applicants must note that AMU admission to some courses is merit-based, meaning it will be based on qualifying exam results. The deadline to apply for AMU Admissions 2021 without a late fee is July 8. Meanwhile, students must note that admission to MBBS and BDS courses will be based on the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2021.

When will Anna University Admissions 2021 begin?

Every year, Anna University admissions 2021 begins in August. The enrolment of candidates to all the courses is done either entrance or merit-based. Candidates interested in 2021 Anna University Admissions for BE/BTech courses must note that they have to appear for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. According to the official schedule, WBJEE 2021 is expected to be conducted on July 11.

When will Madras University Admissions 2021 begin?

The University of Madras has commenced the admission application process schedule for various Postgraduate (PG) programmes and diploma courses for 2021-22 under the new Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) this year. According to the reports, the CBCS provides an opportunity for the students to choose courses from the prescribed programmes comprising a core, elective or minor, or skill-based courses. Students interested in Madras University Admissions 2021 must note that they will be evaluated on a grading system and it is considered better than the conventional marks system.

Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, Madras University has made all the admission procedures, i.e. from uploading the application form to the allotment of seat online. At present, approximately 20 PG courses, 19 diploma/PG diploma courses, and seven certificate courses recognised by the UGC are available at Madras University.

Sources said about one lakh students would be applying for various courses. In its latest notification, the university announced that for PG courses, the students could enroll themselves until June 15. For PG diploma and certificate courses, the deadline to apply for Madras University Admissions 2021 is July 15.

When will Osmania University Admissions 2021 begin?

OU Admissions 2021 are likely to begin after the declaration of various Class 12 results. Admissions to various UG, PG and PhD courses are offered at Osmania University based on merit and entrance exams. OU conducts admission to BTech, BE, BPharm on the basis of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021. According to official TS EAMCET 2021 dates, it is scheduled to be held on 5-9 July. Students in BBA, BCom, BA BSc and BCA are admitted based on merit lists.

When will Jamia Hamdard Admissions 2021 begin?

Jamia Hamdard University has commenced the registration process for admissions for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates interested in Jamia Hamdard Admissions 2021 can apply for up to eight programmes through a single application form. The forms are available at jamiahamdard.nopaperforms. The last date for submission of the online application form is July 25. Enrolment of candidates will be done through scores in national level tests such as NEET/ JEE/ CLAT. However, it is likely that the university will adopt an alternative scheme as these exams have been delayed this year due to COVID-19. “We will be facilitating the admission process to this extraordinary situation without compromising on merit, we have devised “appropriate procedures” which are “fair and transparent” and we will surely adjust our academic calendar to take care of the lost time without compromising the academic rigour,” said Professor MA Jafri, Vice-Chancellor Jamia Hamdard.

When will St Xavier’s University Admissions 2021 begin?

St Xavier’s University is planning to admit students to its undergraduate programmes through online tests, marking a departure from the practice of selecting students based on their marks in the Class XII board exams.  Candidates interested in St Xavier’s University Admissions 2021 must note that the University will conduct the admission tests between July 10 and 12. St Xavier’s University will also conduct an online mock test on July 8 and 9 to make applicants familiar with the process.

The online submission of application forms and fees has started and will continue until July 3. “Admission tests will bring out the potential of an aspirant to study the programme. It will give a level playing field to all applicants,” said Father Felix Raj, the vice-chancellor of the university. Across boards, plus-II students are likely to be evaluated on the basis of internal assessments or home assignments conducted by schools. Father Felix Raj added, “The boards might try to outstrip each other while giving marks generously to the Class XII students. So, it is advisable to screen applicants through admission tests.”

When will Sanskriti University Admissions 2021 begin?

Sanskriti University, Mathura commenced the online application process for admission to various undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and Diploma courses in various fields of studies. Candidates interested in Sanskriti University Admissions 2021 must note that the last date to fill the Sanskriti University admission form is July 31. Candidates can fill the online application form of Sanskriti University for engineering, management and commerce, humanities and social sciences, Ayurveda and other courses by visiting the official website of the varsity.

Talking about the eligibility criteria to apply for Sanskriti University Admissions 2021, the varsity states that “candidates can fill Sanskrit University online application form 2021 if they have cleared 10+2 level from AISSCE, IB, ICSE or CBSE board. To apply for the Diploma programmes, candidates are eligible to apply if they passed Class 10 from either state/ central board of education. To submit Sanskriti University online application form for PG programmes, candidates must have passed graduation with the qualifying marks.”

When will Patna University Admissions 2021 begin?

Patna University (PU) is expected to commence the online admission process for the three-year degree courses in its different colleges soon. Reports suggest that PU admission 2021 work would be expedited through the university management information system (UMIS). Talking about the admission of students to Patna University without entrance exam amid the ongoing pandemic situation, PU vice-chancellor Girish Kumar Chaudhary said, “For the last several years, PU colleges had been admitting students to all the undergraduate courses on the basis of centralised faculty-wise entrance tests as per the admission ordinance. But, owing to the Covid pandemic, it would not be feasible to conduct the entrance tests this time. Hence, a necessary amendment would have to be made in the ordinance for doing away with the entrance tests for a year through some transitory regulation.” Girish Kumar Chaudhary further added that PU Admissions 2021 process will commence for eligible candidates for admission to both the conventional as well as self-financing courses as soon as permission is received from the chancellor’s office.
