The University further added that the colleges where the examinations will be held will have to ensure that all the required guidelines issued in relation to COVID-19 are strictly followed.
Gujarat University has announced that it will be conducting the semester 3 and 5 examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate students from December 29, 2020 to January 7, 2020. The examinations were supposed to be held earlier however due to the COVID-19 outbreak it was postponed. The University further added that the colleges where the examinations will be held will have to ensure that all the required guidelines issued in relation to COVID-19 are strictly followed.
The duration of the examination has also been reduced to two hours, keeping in mind the pandemic, the University said.
Gujarat University is also giving options to students to select the exam centres near their home for offline examinations. In order, to select the examination centres, students are required to visit the official website of the varsity; i.e. gujaratuniversity.ac.in. Students must note that the last date to do the selections is December 21, 2020. The University has also set up the examination centre at 45 places in the state where the students can take the offline examinations.
The examinations for the BA, B.Com Semester 5 examinations and the B.Com and B.Sc Semester 3 examinations along with the BBA, BCA semester 5 examination, MA, M.Com Semester 3 examinations, B.Ed Semester three, MDC semester 3 exams, MLW semester 3 exams, MMCj semester 3 exams will commence from December 29, 2020.

The examinations which will commence from January 7, 2021, include BA Semester 3 exams, B.Com semester 3, B.Sc, B.Sc FAD, B.Sc Fire Semester 5, and BBA, BCA semester 3. The five years integrated law semester and LLB semester 5 exams will also begin on January 7, 2020.
