JD Institute of Fashion Technology participated in CII Gujarat EDUCON 2019 held at Ahmedabad
"EDUCON 2019’, a conference on creating a conducive environment for innovation and lifelong learning in the education sector."
New Delhi, 9th September 2019, Ms. Akshra Dalal, Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology was recently invited as one of the panelists at the CII Gujarat EDUCON 2019 held at Ahmedabad. The main aim of the conference was to improve the quality and innovation in higher education. Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Hon’ble Education Minister, Government of Gujarat, and other industry players marked their presence at the conference.
According to experts, vocational courses should be made mandatory in every institution. As the education sector in India is consistently evolving, the panelists debated the major concerned education in India.
Ms. Akshra Dalal, Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology- Corporate Center, Hauz Khas, said: “In today’s version of education we can’t limit ourselves to the traditional methods of learning and confined sources of knowledge. We have to be proactive. Teaching and training institutions must upgrade their processes so that the students graduating from these institutions are confident of their abilities and can be gainfully employed.”
