Maharashtra's Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and Qatar's Milestone International Education (MIE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the sidelines of FICCI International Higher Education Conference at New Delhi. The pact will let the University set up a campus in Doha and offer courses in science, commerce, arts, and liberal arts. The college, supported by the Qatar government, will be fully functional from 2020.
