Orient Flight Aviation Academy Introduces Drone Pilot Training Programme
August 20, 2020: Mysore-based pilot-training institute OFAA - Orient Flights Aviation Academy (OFAA) has introduced DGCA-approved Drone Pilot Training Programmes (RPA).
The curriculum of the programme has been strategically designed to cater to the needs of beginners as well as experienced professionals. For a beginner seeking DGCA remote pilot certification, an experienced pilot who is responsible for life-saving missions tactics or engineer looking forward to learning better inspection and survey techniques, OFAA has courses that suit the needs of individuals from varied backgrounds and different skillsets. Several training modules include Ground Training, One on One Practical flying, Simulator Training, Solo Flying, Instrument Flying and exposure to various emergency procedures.
Drone Pilot Training (RPA) programme is a short-weekend course that features highly skilled RPA practitioners with extensive practical applications experience. This is consistent with the priorities of the Civil Aviation Ministry and the Government of India in their attempts to regularise the country's drone operations.
