All India Institute of Medical Sciences, popularly known as AIIMS, is one of the most popular medical colleges in India. AIIMs cutoff is released every year for top medical colleges including AIIMs. Earlier, AIIMs used to conduct its entrance exam for the MBBS course which was scrapped in 2019. From the academic year 2021-22, the AIIMS started taking admission based on the valid National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) entrance score conducted by the National Test Agency (NTA). AIIMS NEET UG Cutoff 2024 for MBBS 

NEET UG is the accepted entrance exam to admit students to the  MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and BAMS, among other courses at AIIMS. Candidates with valid NEET UG scores are eligible to appear for the NEET UG counselling for the seat allotment process. Based on the Round 1 NEET UG cutoff trends over the past three years, AIIMS Delhi stands out as the most competitive medical college with a cutoff rank of 47 for MBBS admission. The second most competitive college for MBBS admission is Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, which has a cutoff rank of 141 in the first round of NEET UG cutoff 2024. Considering only the AIIMS 2024 cutoff, AIIMS Bhopal took the second position basis the NEET UG cutoff for the General AI quota. AIIMS INI CET Cutoff 2024 For MD/MS/DM/MCh and MDS 

For postgraduate courses, including  Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) courses, AIIMS Delhi conducts Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) twice a year, January and July session. Students who participated in the INI CET exam are only eligible for the INI CET counselling. For 2024, the AIIMS INI CET cutoff has been concluded for the January and July sessions, wherein AIIMS Nagpur turned out as the most competitive college for admission to the MD, MS, MDS, DM and MCh courses.
