Panjab University School of Open Learning (also known as USOL Panjab University) was established in 1971 and was initially known to be as Department of Correspondence Studies, Panjab University. The School of Open Learning is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Board (DEB) and offers education at the doorstep of those who are unable to access the education in regular mode. PUSOL offers several UG, PG, Diploma, Professional and Certification programmes.
PUSOL has also released the date for the entrance exam of MBA (Executive) Admission 2021. The exam is scheduled to be held on July 18, 2021.

USOL PU UG Admission 2021
USOL Panjab University offers BA, BCom and B.Lib.I.Sc as the only UG programmes offered in open learning mode. The duration of BA and BCom is three years, whereas B.Lib.I.Sc is a one-year programme. Final admission is based on merit in the last qualifying examination.

USOL Punjab Application Process 2021
PU SOL application process 2021 is done through online mode only. Candidates must check the dates of admission from the USOL’s official website. Below mentioned is the step-by-step process of application:
Step 1: Register online and create a login ID and password using ‘New Candidate Registration’ option
Step 2: Save your Login ID and Password details (Don’t share your login ID and Password details with anyone)
Step 3: Log in using your registered Login ID and fill the application form online
Step 4: Upload the scanned copies of the required documents as asked on the application form (eg. photograph, signatures, etc.)
Step 5: Admission form fee can be paid only using net-banking/ credit card/ debit card/ SBI challan/ Post office challan
