In a conversation with Shiksha, Tanuja Puri, Assistant Professor at Jagannath International Management School (JIMS Kalkaji) talks about the teaching and instructional methods used at the institute which encourages self-learning and learning through active student industry interaction. PGDM & PGDM(IB) covers diversified papers covering areas of Financial technology, International Financial Management, Venture capital & private equity, Digital Marketing, Corporate restructuring, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, etc. Additional certificate courses are offered like Certification by IBM in Data Catalyst, Advanced Excel, Digital Marketing by Internet School of Marketing, PDP by AMVI consultants, Financial Modeling by E & Y & Financial Services by NSE. The curriculum enhances the ability of the students to apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems at the national and global levels. The college through IIC (Institution Innovation Council) in collaboration with e-cell, finance club and marketing club, has been actively organizing various events like guest lectures, seminars, competitions & workshops, to promote innovative concepts and notions of entrepreneurship and innovation.
