DU admissions open for Management Studies
The admission procedure for Delhi University’s Bachelor with Honours in Management Studies (BMS) is all set to commence from Tuesday.
BMS is the new management course being offered by DU under the FYUP. Various colleges including Deen Dayal Upadhyay College, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Keshav Mahavidyalaya, SGTB Khalsa College, Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Maharaja Agrasen College and College of Vocational Studies will offer the course. A final list of colleges to offer BMS is expected to come out soon.
The university has earlier decided to do away with Bachelor of Business Studies, Bachelor of Financial Investment and Analysis and BA (Honours) of Business Economics and introduced BMS in their place.

Entrance Test pattern
The common entrance test will be held on June 26. In this two-hour long test, applicants will take an objective type multiple choice (four answer choices) test. The exam will be held at Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
The general syllabus or format for the entrance test (subject to change):
- Quantitative Ability
- Reasoning and Analytical Ability
- General English
- Business and General Awareness
Candidate needs to attempt 100 questions in 120 minutes. The answers are to be marked by blue or black ball-point pen on a separate answer sheet (OMR) provided during the entrance test. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. Marking of multiple answers for one question shall be treated as wrong answer.
Extra time will be given for filling up details on test booklet and answer sheet, marking attendance, verification of candidates’ documents, distribution, and collection of test material etc.
Selection Procedure
Based on the performance in the entrance test, candidates for the relevant categories will be called for Personal Interview. The final selection of candidates will be based on:
