DU JAT 2020 registration begins; know how to apply

Delhi University has launched the registration portal for DU JAT exam on its official website. Read on to know more details.

DU JAT 2020 application process has commenced. Interested candidates can apply for DU JAT exam by visiting the official website of Delhi University and filling the DU JAT application form. The registration window will remain open till July 20, 2020. The varsity, however, has not announced other events related to DU JAT exam. It will notify the students about the exam in due course.  Applicants seeking admission to BMS/BA(H)BE/BBA(FIA) programmes are required to appear for DU JAT exam. National Testing Agency will be conducting the entrance exam in Computer-based Test mode at various test centres across 20 Indian cities.

DU JAT 2020: How to Apply

• Visit Delhi University's official website
• Register with basic details like name, contact number, email id
• Use Login Credential to fill DU JAT application form
• Enter personal as well as academic details
• Select Merit-based course
• Select Entrance Exam
• Upload photograph, signature and marksheet
• Preview and submit
• Pay application fees

Note: Applicants to BMS/BA(H)BE/BBA(FIA) must fill all the college-course choices. There are 21 choices for female applicants and 17 for male applicants. The applicant should mark "1" for their most preferred college-course, "2" for the next most preferred and so on. The college-course to which an applicant does not want admission should be marked "No Preference".

DU JAT 2020 Application Fees

The application fees has remained unchanged this year. Check below the application fees for different categories:

Note: The application fee for DU JAT 2020 can only be paid through Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking/UPI.

DU JAT 2020: Eligibility Criteria

There has been no change in the eligibility criteria this year too.

• Candidates must have secured at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/CW/PwD and 54% for OBC (Non-Creamy) categories) with English and Mathematics among core subjects in class 12.
• Applicants who are waiting for class 12 results, can also apply
• Applicants with Compartment in class 12 board exams are not eligible
• There is no minimum age bar for appearing in the test
