Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj provides three UG programs including Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication BA(JMC), Bachelor of Business Application BBA and Bachelor of Computer Application BCA. The Senior Corporate professional manages the Placement & Internship Cell as the Head-Corporate Affairs, along with experienced managers. The purpose of the placement cell includes initiating a series of on-campus & off-campus placements for students in the field of IT, Management, and Journalism & Mass Communication. The placement cell provides internships & live project opportunities in different companies for industrial exposure. With the well-established network of MNCs, the institute has established itself as the best college for placement opportunities from known start-ups to reputed media houses & all the deserving students get placement in good colleges.

For BCA Program, the companies that visit the college for recruitment include TCS, Deloitte, Wipro and others that offer a salary package that can go up to INR 6 LPA & the average salary varies between INR 2 LPA and INR 3 LPA. In BA(JMC) department, nearly 80% of students got placed in top companies like Genesis, TimesofIndia, Dainik Bhaskar, India Today, Jansatta, Skribe, and Public Relations & Advertising agencies this year. The average package offered is INR 2 LPA & the highest package is INR 5 LPA. In the BBA department, 90% of students got placed in very well reputed companies, the maximum salary package offered is up to INR 10 LPA, the lowest salary package provided is a minimum of INR LPA & the average package offered varies between INR 7 LPA and INR 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies visiting the college for recruitment are Amazon, NatWest Group, Godrej, Byju’s, etc. The top positions offered to BBA students include consultant, marketing manager, R&D manager, business administration researcher, marketing manager and finance manager among others.

Q:   What is the subject-wise distribution of questions in the IPU CET for B.Tech Lateral entry admission for B.Sc. Students?

A:
For B.Sc. Candidates appearing for the B.Tech (LE) admission exam, the questions will be based on the following subjects: B.Sc. Level Mathematics, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, English (Class 12 level), and Scientific Aptitude. The distribution of questions in terms of percentage for each subject is as follows: English (Class 12 level): 20% Scientific Aptitude: 20% B.Sc Level Mathematics: 40% Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 20%. .

Yes, there are online and offline coaching institutes that offer preparation courses for IPU CET. Some popular coaching institutes for IPU CET preparation in Delhi include TIME, FIITJEE, Career Launcher, and Vidya Mandir Classes. Q:   How can someone get admission to the B.Tech (Lateral Entry) program at IP University?

A:

To get admission for BTech Lateral Entry at IP University candidates must appear for IPU CET. Lateral entry to BTech course is permitted for candidates with a Diploma or BSc Degree. For Diploma holders the IPU CET exam code is 128. For BSc Degree holders the IPU CET exam code is 129. The candidates should check the syllabus for the exam and prepare accordingly.
