DU JAT 2016 Results Out

Delhi University has released the first admission list for admission in  programmes such as BMS, BA (Hons) Business Economics and BBA (FIA) offered at its colleges.

The first admission list has been released category-wise by Delhi University. For DU admission 2016, the merit list for admission in BMS/BA (Hons) Business Economics/BBA (FIA) courses contains details such as the aspirant's roll number, form number, name and alotted department/college.

Delhi University (DU) had announced results for Joint Admission Test 2016 (JAT 2016), an undergraduate management entrance test on July 4. Aspirants could check their results for JAT 2016 on the official website of DU.

The JAT 2016 result as released by DU contained the roll number, name and (reservation) category of aspirants. Further, JAT result also mentioned whether an aspirant had been selected for the Group Discussion/Personal Interview Round (GD/PI) for DU admissions 2016 or not. If a candidate had been selected for the next round of admissions then the date as well as reporting time for GD/PI round was also mentioned.

Delhi University (DU) conducts JAT to offer admission to aspirants in BMS, BBA (FIA) as well as BA (Hons) Business Economics programmes offered at its colleges.

DU has also issued a notification informing about the important documents that aspirants need to carry with them for their GD/PI admission round.

Some important points aspirants need to keep in mind while heading out for their JAT GD/PI round are as mentioned below:

  • Verify their roll number and name in JAT 2016 result as declared by DU.
  • Carry their admit card with an attested photograph. The JAT 2016 admit card should also contain the invigilator’s signature.
  • Carry (one) attested photocopy of their mark sheet in Senior Secondary Examination (or its equivalent).
  • Carry (one) attested photocopy of their confirmed result of qualifying exam (Standard 12).
  • Carry the original certificate informing that they belong to a particular reservation category.
  • Carry the latest income certificate of parents. This is mandatory only for aspirants belonging to the OBC category. The income certificate should be produced in original along with a photocopy.
