A: So when I was 8 years old, circumstances made me embrace yoga and that was almost 53 years back and travelling on this path, attaining the discipline of the body then of course the discipline of the mind to do it regularly making this a part of our life, way of life hardly missed 100 days in this entire 53 years of doing yoga. Then, I stumbled upon vegan nutrition at the Bombay College of Health and Nutrition, It was held at KC College and Dr Vijaya Venkat and nutritionist Dr Kavita Mukh. It was a very enriching experience for that period of learning the vegan way of life, the vegan way to wisdom, the vegan way to victory and thereafter, I got into martial arts, therapeutic massages I got deep into body building, calisthenics, functional training, meditation philosophy and I introduced holistic health integrating all these disciplines, allied disciplines and sciences but deep into philosophy, I once again got drawn towards the journey of yoga. And with the Fit India Movement launched by our Prime Minister, I spear headed a movement of Holistic Health introducing it in India.
